SSO (Single-Sign On)
Single sign-on (SSO) is a property of access control of multiple related, yet independent, software systems. With this property, a user logs in with a single ID and password to gain access to a connected system.
Consolidate portals. It is ridiculous that I’m forced to have different logins in order to administer my clients. It is frustrating to have to try and remember which of one to use. I have to log in to administer in order to take care of a client’s needs.

Live License count for in-use licenses in O365

End Customer facing Portal for User adds/changes
• End user portal where customers can control their licences and their end user accounts. Once they make a change, an email should be generated to the partner to update their contracts or information should sync directly into the PSA tools.
• Invoice customers and receive payments. It is an admin headache to check each month for adds, deducts, prorates, etc. to bill customers correctly. Hard to keep a recurring billing when data updates here.

Ability to Restrict Users Access to Organizations
We need to be able to restrict access to some of our organizations from some of the users. Currently, all the users have access to all of the organizations. This is no good for a couple reasons. We have clients that for security reasons need to limit access to their email, and to my knowledge with the current setup, any user can reset any password.in 365. We as a company are going to move to 365 hosted email and any of our techs will have access to the administrator account for 365 for the same reason, they can change the…

SalesForce Integration
Please consider integration with SalesForce to compliment your other PSA and Accounting integrations. PSA's are essentially CRM's for MSP's, and SalesForce is a leading CRM as well. SalesForce integration would be extremely helpful for us to increase efficiency.

Reseller discount display
As a Partner,
I would like to be able to see the Reseller discount applied on eligible offers in the Summary tab of my end-clients.
I don't want to have to wait until the end of the month, for the invoice, to see it applied there.
Nic wilkinson told me it would be 1,50$ for proofpoint beginner.
