  5. Reconciliation Reports with licenses in Sherweb and O365

    It would be great to have the ability to generate a license usage report with O365 licenses for all clients listed: a column for applied licenses and unused licenses.

    Secondly, a report that queries the O365 tenancy of each customer to ensure the license counts are reconciled between Sherweb and O365 tenancy. We've had several instances where applied licenses for clients do not appear in their O365 tenancy.
