  1. End Customer facing Portal for User adds/changes

    • End user portal where customers can control their licences and their end user accounts. Once they make a change, an email should be generated to the partner to update their contracts or information should sync directly into the PSA tools.
    • Invoice customers and receive payments. It is an admin headache to check each month for adds, deducts, prorates, etc. to bill customers correctly. Hard to keep a recurring billing when data updates here.
    • Include Paypal/Square payment Gateway or other payment gateway vendor

    Remote monitoring and management (RMM) is the process of supervising and controlling IT systems (such as network devices, desktops, servers and mobile devices) by means of locally installed agents that can be accessed by a management service provider.

    Functions include the ability to:

    • Install new or updated software remotely (including patches, updates and configuration changes)
    • Detect new devices and automatically install the RMM agent and configure the device

  8. Private Mode

    The ability to access cumulus in “Private Mode” sometimes we are adding licenses or clients onsite and i dont want them to see the wholesale pricing on the main screen. If we login via “private mode” it would hide anything to do with Wholesale. Its a simply toggle that could just CSS “Display:none” in the wholesale column

  17. Ability to purchase and add licences for a user on the same page

    Having to purchase the license then go to another page to add the license isn’t efficient. You should be able to add the license to the user and if none are available it should just purchase it. And there should be an option to reduce the license at the time of removing from a user

  20. Alternate admin account for service platforms

    It should be possible to set one or more admin accounts to manage technical platforms such as CyberCloud and GravityZone, overriding the default "primary account" set in Cumulus.
