Whitelabel Ticketing System
Offer a whitelabel ticketing system for us to use with our clients and certain issues like M365 or certain apps that sherweb manages, will automatically go to sherweb, but it is whitelabel so they will pretend that they are part of the MSP organization

Sales support - more like operator support
change sales chat to general operator - too many time is time wasted talking to sales before learning i'm in the wrong chat - or they suggest my account manager information. Of course I have that already...thanks?
