Better Notification Mechanism
Provide better notification mechanism:
* Send the email notification to the User executing the provisioning action
* Create a new type of notification to receive those via Microsoft Team or Slack.

Adding a Secondary contact that could also receive the communications, mainly those from "manualprovisionning" that are currently only sent to the primary contact .
