Désactiver des produits, offres disponibles
Retirer des offres disponibles, avoir la possibilité de gérer ça au niveau partenaire pour l'ensemble des clients. Nous faisons régulièrement des erreurs de produits dans nos clients. La fonction n'existe plus au niveau du partenaire. Merci de considérer cet aspect.

Department or Cost Centre setting for Invoices
I checked with your Billing team before submitting this. You currently do not have the means for us to create Departments or Cost Centres. As a result, our Finance person has to manually separate 106 licenses across 20 different departments to apply the invoice to the correct budgets. This is painful and very time consuming. Would be far better if you could add this breakdown setting for customers. I'm sure all your customers would find this very helpful, especially ones larger than us.

Unmapped Items now scattered throughout
Mapping for items under the organization section in the set up section has now become rather difficult. Having the unmapped items on page one was so much more productive. Please change it back....

Have the previous log display available
I am creating this Feedback on behalf of the partner.
There was a change to the way the logs are displayed on the billing platform and this has had a negative impact on this organization. The logs are used for billing purpose by this organisation, the logs would usually show a licence and the licence count change, for instance: (Subscription quantity of "M365 Business Basic (NCE) - Annual paid monthly" has been updated from "1" to "10") . While after the change, they now only display: (Subscription of "M365 Business Basic (NCE) - Annual paid monthly" (SWO365BERR-M1Y) has been updated.)

the search algorithm needs to be optimized.
it'S not normal than when searching for the top sold sku by Sherweb = business premium, the 1st result is a SignNow Product, and not normal to get 70 results when there should be around 10x1 vote -

Scheduling license purchases for future date
Ability to schedule license purchases for a future date. Would be helpful in cases where we are moving a renewal from one partner to you guys, but cant do it via a P2P.

adding MS licences in the first 24h after renewal
partner mentioned that not being able to add licences in the first 24hrs after renewal can sometime cause for his onsite technicians to be re-schduled because the users they are setting up has no licence. a good example of this is for teams voice/voip options.

Price List Improvements
Price List Changes:
1) Standardized naming conventions – example, we have “M365….” and “Microsoft 365…”, aren’t these the same thing and if so is it possible to pick one and have the pricelist offer name reflect 1 for all?
2) “disc” SKUs that aren’t actually discontinued – example the enterprise SKUs. I understand that the “disc” SKUs are the ones that includes Teams, and only existing M365 clients can order this. So technically its not discontinued…is there a different way to represent these?

Add export to CSV on Organization page
Ability to export current subscriptions as a CSV for individual organizations with or without pricing (and not just as an invoice). Helpful when discussing licensing and confirming additions or renewals at renewal time.
