I have customers who are asking about implementing DMARC and DKIM. Currently, hosted exchange doesn't support it, and I would like to suggest that you add that option for us to be able to implement it for our customers.

Allow access to all clients, newly created ones included, in Bitdefender Gravityzone to users other than the default/original user.
After adding a new client in Cumulus and assigning Bitdefender licenses, we then have to go to EACH user within Bitdefender Gravityzone and manually grant access to the new client. It doesn't take many technicians and newly added clients to Cumulus to make this extremely cumbersome and inefficient. The only user capable of assigning access is the original (default) Gravityzone user. A permission group, or some other method allowing access to all clients by default (other than using the original Gravityzone user), would be welcome.

Overall they feel we lack security solutions, which is disappointing as we recommend our partners to have security discussions and focus with their customer base.

Email an html summary of each clients backup & status daily
Provide a snapshot view of each clients backup & status in a daily email notification. Currently we have to log in to Acronis to see this, or we have a choice to attach a report in PDF to email daily of each mailbox backed up. This makes for a lot of attachments and pages of reports to go through. One competitor we use provides excellent reports in a simple email with a one screen view, and they cost 10x less based on 100GB per mailbox.
