1 de nos clients qui a beaucoup de licence dans son tenant aimerais avoir la possibilité de sortir un rapport de ces licences dans le Self-Service Portal. il apprécierait en format XLS

Co-term fonctionnel après ajout de nouvelles licences
Hi Team, j'ai vérifié le co-term des licences business premium du client Ali -Excavation pour le 26/02/2026 qui était actif , mais cela n'a pas été pris en compte. le Co-term était visible ( fait en mars 2025) , il y a eu des ajouts, nous savons que cela désactive la nouvelle date co-termée ... Mais pourquoi la fonction co-term avec la bonne date est visible en tout temps juste avant le renouvellement ? Merci de prendre en compte ce point qui pourrait être un problème pour les opérations.

Promotions Conceal
Please remove or put the promotions somewhere else. I order licenses on a daily basis and its a bit inefficient with everything so condensed

Usability in Organisation page
Useability improvement request.
In Organisation page, when I scroll down and select a client, the client window opens and the organisation page defaults to the top in the background. This means I have to scroll down again when I close the window.
It would be good to freeze the Org page at the location I opened a client so I can go back to the same place.1 vote -
Pop-out windows too small and in wrong place
The Client window opens justified to the right. This very awkward and counter intuitive and inconsistent. as the Manage 365 window open centrally.
Also there is wasted screen space as both windows cannot be enlarged or moved.
Please can you have a dynamic movable or at least consistent approach to pop-out windows and allow me to use all my screen if I want.

M365 License Purchase
We are having issues purchasing licenses the day after the Microsoft renewal for M365. We have to wait 24 hours to get a license purchased if we request a new license during the day after a renewal.For example, if someone requests a new user on the 21st but renewed on the 20th, we can't get a license until the 22nd.

UI not Disappearing when adding a new client
When I click away from the tab Sherweb is in while adding a new client, all the progress disappears.

Co-term date versus renewal date at cancellation - billing client an extra month
When you select a co-term date for a subscription, the renwal date shown will be 1 day after that. So if you select a co-term date of 11/30/2025 it will show a renewal date of 12/01/2025 which will cause the integration to push a cancellation date of 12/31/2025 into the client's billing in connectwise, causing an erroneous billing to occur to the client. This is not good. See support ticket# 699892 for additional context if needed.

perpetual licence = onetime fee instead of recurring fee
in the section Setup, Offer Pricing, for the Microsoft Perpetual Licences (Commercial, Education and NonProfit),
it should be OneTime Fee, instead of the current Recurring Fee.1 vote -
Add hyperlink to Cumulus organization from the organization mapping screen
When on the Connectwise Sync > Organization mappings page at https://cloudmanagerportal.com/partners/business-communications-inc-bci/setup/billing-integrations/connectwise could you add a hyperlink to the organization name that opens that organization in a new browser tab?

export button for user licenses
When navigating to the Reseller object and viewing a customer license list. Allow/create an Export to Excel button. I get this request all the time and a button to achieve this would be easier than even using copilot to convert and then copy paste (since it is not consistent)
