  10. SalesForce Integration

    Please consider integration with SalesForce to compliment your other PSA and Accounting integrations. PSA's are essentially CRM's for MSP's, and SalesForce is a leading CRM as well. SalesForce integration would be extremely helpful for us to increase efficiency.

  11. combine or cross link CP w Cumulus

    separated and no links to actual control panel where you manage your domain and emails. Have mentioned this many times over the years. At least put cross links so you can easily get between areas. Very ineeficient and frustrating. Thx.

  12. Backup to Third Party Storage

    Option to backup to Wasabi instead of using the acronis option. Acronis is more expensive than many offerings available today.

  14. WHMCS Intergration

    As a hosting reseller, I use WHMCS to manage client billing and services management.
    I suspect that a lot of Sherweb Resellers also use WHMCS.
    - So it would be great if Sherweb integrated with WHMCS also
