Co-term date versus renewal date at cancellation - billing client an extra month
When you select a co-term date for a subscription, the renwal date shown will be 1 day after that. So if you select a co-term date of 11/30/2025 it will show a renewal date of 12/01/2025 which will cause the integration to push a cancellation date of 12/31/2025 into the client's billing in connectwise, causing an erroneous billing to occur to the client.
