  6. SalesForce Integration

    Please consider integration with SalesForce to compliment your other PSA and Accounting integrations. PSA's are essentially CRM's for MSP's, and SalesForce is a leading CRM as well. SalesForce integration would be extremely helpful for us to increase efficiency.

  7. Add Cumulus integrations with Microsoft products (Flow, Dynamics)

    Since Sherweb sells Microsoft products, it would make sense to add integration with products such as Dynamics and Flow/PowerApps connectors

  8. Reseller discount display

    As a Partner,

    I would like to be able to see the Reseller discount applied on eligible offers in the Summary tab of my end-clients.

    I don't want to have to wait until the end of the month, for the invoice, to see it applied there.

    Nic wilkinson told me it would be 1,50$ for proofpoint beginner.

  13. Export 0365 Licenses and Entitlement info

    On occasion, we get customers who want a list of the licensing they have with office 365. Would it be possible to add an EXPORT function to this table in your portal?

  16. Pospone license removal

    It would be awesome if we could schedule licensing changes. For us, we bill in full for the entire month. So if someone drops a license on the 5th of the month, they still pay for the entire month of that license. It would be great if we could go in and make the change for example that on Jan 31, the license will reduce by 3. That would let us give the client the full month while still being able to set the changes when they come in.

    Remote monitoring and management (RMM) is the process of supervising and controlling IT systems (such as network devices, desktops, servers and mobile devices) by means of locally installed agents that can be accessed by a management service provider.

    Functions include the ability to:
