  1. Informative error messages needed

    I encountered an error during the provisioning of a new Google Workspace account. The only error shown in the admin was the attached and "Error" in the logs. Come to find out 2 days later the error was that the domain was already claimed by an individual account. We need informative error messages in the reseller portal.

  4. Nouveau Role

    Notre but serais d’enlever les droits aux compte des techniciens de modifier les abonnements. Par contre, nous voudrions qu’ils puissent quand même avoir accès à voir les produits du client.

    J’ai vérifié la liste de rôles sur votre site web https://helpdesk.sherweb.com/fr/support/solutions/articles/67000593842-r%C3%B4les-et-niveaux-de-permission-dans-le-portail-des-partenaires mais aucun de conviens à ce que nous aurions besoin.

    Serais-ce possible d’avoir un rôle Gestionnaire technique read only avec les fonctions suivantes eulement?

    Gestionnaire technique read only
    • Visualiser/filtrer les journaux d'événements
    • Visualiser mais pas modifier les utilisateurs
    • Visualiser les notifications, la liste des offres et le prix de détail des offres

  6. Label Legacy KSKUs so they're easy to identify and update.

    It would be great if legacy licenses could be highlighted, or make it more noticeable that it's a legacy SKU that needs to be updated on the Organization page. For Example, NCE licenses are labeled in the license name as NCE, but others are not. Seems like the simplest solution would be to add Legacy to the License Base Subscription display name.

  7. Sub-Customer sync for Quickbooks

    Since its possible to synchronize with Quickbooks Online, it would be awesome if Sherweb had the ability to setup sub-customers for franchise based clients. I currently can't use the invoice sync for a specific customer, because I have to bill each location separately. If I could use the same domain name for M365, and create sub-clients in specifically Sherweb and Quickbooks, it would take an hour or two off by billing time.

  8. Retry or Alert on Failed M365 Provisioning

    When automatic provisioning fails for M365 renewal dates, we should have a way to either have that auto-retry, or at least be alerted to a failed provisioning.

    As it stands now the only way it will be fixed is if we manually go look for errors each month and submit a ticket for it.

    It would be nice to be able to run a report in the portal that would provide the following information sorted by client. License-based subscription, QTY, Commitment term, and renewal date.

  11. Filter the organisation by the product purchased or by the SKUs

    As a partner, I need to filter the organisation by the product purchased or by the SKUs in order to filter out the list of organizations that has the product provisionned and ease a price update for instance.

  14. Reports section of Cumulus is not showing the correct license name.

    There is an issue where the Teams voice licenses in Cumulus are being shown as Skype for business licenses in the reporting section of Cumulus.
    Example:
    Audio Conferencing = Skype for Business PSTN Conferencing
    Microsoft 365 Phone System = Skype for Business Cloud PBX

  16. O365 Reporting tool

    Provide a way to export usename and licence from the O365 management pannel. Even create a scheduling tool to send it automaticaly by email to someone. A lot of customers wants to verify their licences usage compare to their user on a monthly basis.

  17. Cumulus Client organization into groups

    I would love to be able to group my customers. The group would be sorted alphabetically and the names inside the group would be alphabetically sorted within the group. We have some clients that are 'supply only' and some that are on bundles and grouping them in Cumulus would make it easy for us to stay organized. It didn't need to do anything else special, just a function in the home page for organizing data

  18. ajout onglet bloquer au menu users

    Bonjour,

    J’aimerais que vous ajoutez l’option de pouvoir bloquer la connexion sur les utilisateurs.
    Nous ne voulons pas supprimer les utilisateurs quand ils quitte l’entreprise, parce que il y a des document dans ondrive et team.
    Il faut toujours aller dans l’admin de office.com pour bloquer la connexion après le retrait des licences.
    Cela serait plus pratique de le faire dans cumulus en même temps que on retire les licences dans cet cas l’a.

    Quand on ouvre un user nous avons seulement l’option de supprimer dans cumulus.
    Ajouté l’option de bloquer dans le menu déroulant en dessous de supprimer.
