  1. Pospone license removal

    It would be awesome if we could schedule licensing changes. For us, we bill in full for the entire month. So if someone drops a license on the 5th of the month, they still pay for the entire month of that license. It would be great if we could go in and make the change for example that on Jan 31, the license will reduce by 3. That would let us give the client the full month while still being able to set the changes when they come in.

    Remote monitoring and management (RMM) is the process of supervising and controlling IT systems (such as network devices, desktops, servers and mobile devices) by means of locally installed agents that can be accessed by a management service provider.

    Functions include the ability to:

    • Install new or updated software remotely (including patches, updates and configuration changes)
    • Detect new devices and automatically install the RMM agent and configure the device
    • Observe the behavior of the managed device and software for performance and diagnostic tasks

  6. Better Notification Mechanism

    Provide better notification mechanism:
    * Send the email notification to the User executing the provisioning action
    * Create a new type of notification to receive those via Microsoft Team or Slack.

    The product catalogue 'Search' functionality has been upgraded to be faster and now includes string un-sensitivity, typo, and character proximity and some taxonomy ranking where keyword found in the product description are ranked lower compare when they are found in the product title or in the product SKU.

  11. Make the cost numbers accurate in the console

    Include the tier pricing in the cost calculation number in the console. Same for the MRR calculation in the landing page of the cumulus application.
