    the search algorithm needs to be optimized.
    it'S not normal than when searching for the top sold sku by Sherweb = business premium, the 1st result is a SignNow Product, and not normal to get 70 results when there should be around 10x

  9. adding MS licences in the first 24h after renewal

    partner mentioned that not being able to add licences in the first 24hrs after renewal can sometime cause for his onsite technicians to be re-schduled because the users they are setting up has no licence. a good example of this is for teams voice/voip options.

  10. Add export to CSV on Organization page

    Ability to export current subscriptions as a CSV for individual organizations with or without pricing (and not just as an invoice). Helpful when discussing licensing and confirming additions or renewals at renewal time.

    Setup > Billing Integrations

    Enable sort/filter options as well as an export option. Currently with 1000s or products offered and 1000s of mapping going through dozens of pages to verify manually is not time friendly.

  13. Detailed follow-up support emails

    Automated followup emails to see if we have had a chance to review the technician's email - currently have no info about which support request they refer to other than an obscure number in the subject line. Include the email thread content or at least a summary!

  15. Link to Azure Portal / Azure Cost Management (ACM)

    it would be great to add, In the previous Cumulus field, where we could see the Azure forecasted usage before, which is now removed following the transition to the new Azure billing structure, the info for the partners for them to view, forecast & management information around their Azure environments through Azure Portal / Azure Cost Management (ACM), and provide the link to it.

  17. Add sub-organizations

    Cumulus needs the ability to create "sub-organizations" under a parent AND to be able to assign licenses under the sub-organzation. Without this ability, there is no way to map sub-organizations and their contracts in Autotask to Cumulus.

  18. Visual indication of backup issue(s)

    To determine if there is a missed backup, agent error or other matter reported for a client, you have to one-by-one open each client backup to look for issues. Time could be saved by simply highlighting an organization's Online Backup icon in Red. That visual clue would make it a lot faster to determine which, if any, client has an issue.

    Can you please disable the license management setting in the reseller section. this would go a long way to increase our efficiencies, and prevent uncomfortable situations where the client cannot see all of their licenses.

  20. Allow GDAP link establishment prior to checkout process

    I should be able to add a client and get a GDAP link without having to fake a purchase to establish the link. Sometimes we need to time a purchase which involves our purchaser, but GDAP linking requires a tech and it's inconvenient to have to set aside two resources for this task when the GDAP could be addressed at any time prior to purchase if the flow operated differently.
