this takes care of the CRM, Ticketing (soon) and several other features that could be integrated.
They have a multi-tenant type set-up now for partners, so theoretically it could be used for SherWeb/Partner management as well as subtenants of partners and can be whitelabeled.

FIM (Federated Identity management) is now implemented, this solution will allow you to configure your Azure AD tenant as a replacement solution for the authentication process of our Partner Portal this will allow you to achieve SSO within a few clicks.
To configure this integration, navigate to the ‘Security’ section then click on the Sub-Section ‘Identity Provider’ then a few configurations step will be required for the activation of this integration.

INTERNAL (partenrs to sherweb): rather than reinventing the wheel, it may be a good idea to tie into freshdesk or something similar as an already existing ticketing system versus building on from scratch inside cumulus.
PARTNER TO END USER: There are still a lot of ticketing products that could be used here. It would be cool is sherweb built an RMM platform to use within cumulus also, but that may not be something that makes sense to do (unless SherWeb bought Atera or something, which has ticketing built in already).

MFA for Cumulus is now available! Check your “Security” tab in the “Administration” menu. Choose your favorite way of logging in via Google Authentificator, Microsoft Authentificator, SMS, and email.
