  2. Informative error messages needed

    I encountered an error during the provisioning of a new Google Workspace account. The only error shown in the admin was the attached and "Error" in the logs. Come to find out 2 days later the error was that the domain was already claimed by an individual account. We need informative error messages in the reseller portal.

  3. Alternate admin account for service platforms

    It should be possible to set one or more admin accounts to manage technical platforms such as CyberCloud and GravityZone, overriding the default "primary account" set in Cumulus.

  4. View the count of licences used vs remaining

    Have the ability to see how many licenses are being used/remaining so we can easily see if there are 14/15 licenses used for example. This will make it easier to see if we need to buy more or reduce.

  5. Ability to update or remove credit cards easily on Cumulus

    Updating credit card info or even removing an existing card on your site is IMPOSSIBLE! Very poor interface

  12. Display renewal dates with the month in letters.

    display renewal dates with the month in letters exemple : 10/JAN/2025 vs 10/01/2025 . This can be misleading when planning renewal or changes that are impacted by licences that are depended on other licences (add-ons)- FD ticket - 556944

    Please allow for us partners to have the option in sherweb portal when an item needs to be mapped to the psa to have a button in the portal for sherweb to create it for us with all the correct info

  15. Price List Improvements

    Price List Changes:
    1) Standardized naming conventions – example, we have “M365….” and “Microsoft 365…”, aren’t these the same thing and if so is it possible to pick one and have the pricelist offer name reflect 1 for all?
    2) “disc” SKUs that aren’t actually discontinued – example the enterprise SKUs. I understand that the “disc” SKUs are the ones that includes Teams, and only existing M365 clients can order this. So technically its not discontinued…is there a different way to represent these?
    a. For SKUs that are actually discontinued, if there are some on the pricelist, can these not…

  16. GDAP Clients list (Filter, Sort and Export)

    Petite note constructive, il serait pratique d’avoir la possibilité de filtrer (selon le statut GDAP ou de pouvoir faire une recherche) la liste et même de pouvoir l’export en CSV ou PDF.

    Je me suis débrouiller avec le Search de mon navigateur et j’ai un select all + print de la page vers un PDF… ca dépanne mais c’est encore mieux avec les améliorations suggérées

  18. Improve search in Cumulus

    Fix dashboard so the search field actually functions properly. If I input a SKU I get multiple results (broken), if I enter a full product name I also get multiple results and the results search should be more exclusive.

  20. Nouveau Role

    Notre but serais d’enlever les droits aux compte des techniciens de modifier les abonnements. Par contre, nous voudrions qu’ils puissent quand même avoir accès à voir les produits du client.

    J’ai vérifié la liste de rôles sur votre site web https://helpdesk.sherweb.com/fr/support/solutions/articles/67000593842-r%C3%B4les-et-niveaux-de-permission-dans-le-portail-des-partenaires mais aucun de conviens à ce que nous aurions besoin.

    Serais-ce possible d’avoir un rôle Gestionnaire technique read only avec les fonctions suivantes eulement?

    Gestionnaire technique read only
    • Visualiser/filtrer les journaux d'événements
    • Visualiser mais pas modifier les utilisateurs
    • Visualiser les notifications, la liste des offres et le prix de détail des offres
