Notre but serais d’enlever les droits aux compte des techniciens de modifier les abonnements. Par contre, nous voudrions qu’ils puissent quand même avoir accès à voir les produits du client.
J’ai vérifié la liste de rôles sur votre site web https://helpdesk.sherweb.com/fr/support/solutions/articles/67000593842-r%C3%B4les-et-niveaux-de-permission-dans-le-portail-des-partenaires mais aucun de conviens à ce que nous aurions besoin.
Serais-ce possible d’avoir un rôle Gestionnaire technique read only avec les fonctions suivantes eulement?

Customize the product available list globally. Instead of by client. So many items that come up aren't even available any more.

Filter the organisation by the product purchased or by the SKUs
As a partner, I need to filter the organisation by the product purchased or by the SKUs in order to filter out the list of organizations that has the product provisionned and ease a price update for instance.

Reports section of Cumulus is not showing the correct license name.
There is an issue where the Teams voice licenses in Cumulus are being shown as Skype for business licenses in the reporting section of Cumulus.
Example:
Audio Conferencing = Skype for Business PSTN Conferencing

SalesForce Integration
Please consider integration with SalesForce to compliment your other PSA and Accounting integrations. PSA's are essentially CRM's for MSP's, and SalesForce is a leading CRM as well. SalesForce integration would be extremely helpful for us to increase efficiency.

Reseller discount display
As a Partner,
I would like to be able to see the Reseller discount applied on eligible offers in the Summary tab of my end-clients.
I don't want to have to wait until the end of the month, for the invoice, to see it applied there.
Nic wilkinson told me it would be 1,50$ for proofpoint beginner.

Detailed "Tenant linking verification failed" reasons
When we are setting up a client initially and needing to verify their tenant (the Platform Settings tab), it would be nice if the system was more specific as to why there verification failed. For example: the tenant is linked to Sherweb via a different reseller. This would save us troubleshooting time!

Fix reports section fot Non-Profit customer
hi team - I ;m trying to pull some info for this non-profit client - the 'reports' section in cumulus seems to be puling from description data rather than license names.
In come cases, i have no clue what the license even is that the description is referring to. Pls prioritize this update.

Reflect Additional Licenses in API endpoints
The GetCustomerMeterUsage endpoint in the Service Provider API should be able to properly detect Additional licenses. As of right now, it just reports them in the consumedQuantities field but not the totalQuantities, and I don't have a way to tell it apart from an actual issue.
