SalesForce Integration
Please consider integration with SalesForce to compliment your other PSA and Accounting integrations. PSA's are essentially CRM's for MSP's, and SalesForce is a leading CRM as well. SalesForce integration would be extremely helpful for us to increase efficiency.

Reseller discount display
As a Partner,
I would like to be able to see the Reseller discount applied on eligible offers in the Summary tab of my end-clients.
I don't want to have to wait until the end of the month, for the invoice, to see it applied there.
Nic wilkinson told me it would be 1,50$ for proofpoint beginner.

Hello, This is feedback from our partner Gil Lane
So I figured out why Jon wasn’t/hasn’t been authenticating his access. This is the email confirmation(below) that he has been receiving from the Cumulus portal was ignored/deleted. There is no identifying source on this so he was just deleting/ignoring it rather then clicking a link…looks like spam/phishing to be honest. It may make sense, for someone that looks after this part of the system, to fix up the outgoing message to identity Sherweb/Cumulus as the source. No-reply@Cloudmanagerportal.com not helpful in this regard.

Billing Integration Issue Notification
It would be helpful to receive an email notification when there are Billing Integration issues (Setup/Billing Integrations).

Additional Billing Integration State Option
For the Connectwise Billing Integration, it would be easier to have another ‘State’ option which distinguishes between set to synced but not mapped vs not synced as shown below. We have already made the choice on the second example to not setup the sync, but all of these makes the ‘Unmapped’ list really long (thanks RIs) when we are looking for those like the first example where a choice is still needed.

Sync Subscription Renewal Date to Autotask
I would love to have each subscription's renewal date sync back to Autotask in some way. This would be super helpful for us when transitioning to different licenses, like HERO SKUs, or changing QTYs.

Synchroniser les produits à 0$ (OBNL) à quantité 1 dans ConnectWise Manage
Est-il possible de synchroniser les produits à 0$ (OBNL) de quantité 1 dans ConnectWise Manage? Auparavant, on m'informait que c'était voulu, mais est-ce encore d'actualité ? Et pourquoi est-ce voulu, car nous aimerions que les produits de quantité 1 et plus soient synchronisés. Merci de considérer, ça nous fait perdre des ventes car les produits à 0$ sont refacturés aux clients car ils sont dans notre offre, combinés avec d'autres solutions. Si ce n'est accepté cette demande, il serait important de préciser cette imperfection car ça rend la synchronisation à ConnectWise Manage beaucoup moins intéressante pour nous. Merci.

Désactiver des produits, offres disponibles
Retirer des offres disponibles, avoir la possibilité de gérer ça au niveau partenaire pour l'ensemble des clients. Nous faisons régulièrement des erreurs de produits dans nos clients. La fonction n'existe plus au niveau du partenaire. Merci de considérer cet aspect.
