Good Morning,
With the newly Added Account Payable APIs and with a few lines of Power Query Script you should now be able to extract invoices data from either Microsoft Excel, Power Automate or Power BI to create an outstanding report.
Those APIs include 36 months of historical data. You will also get access to the upcoming invoice; this one being updated daily to reflect the latest changes (licensing or usages) in your account.
To start using the Power Query Script technology you will need to activate and configure an API key, instructions and configurations available under the ‘Security’ section of the left side panel then under the submenu ‘APIs’ of the Partner Portal Application (‘Cumulus’).
If you’re not familiar with Power Query Script here a piece of script interacting with our APIs: https://gist.github.com/EricLacroix/e6313e893f3f107f22eccfb79cddadb7

Sherweb is exploring the idea of building a end-user portal. This portal would allow your customers to control their licences and their users accounts.
You would like to be part of this project, by sharing what features would make the best end-user portal for your business? That’s great because we want to build something that will be of value for you!
Let me know if you are interested in sharing your comments on the features that you would like to see in an end-user portal for your customers!

This feature was made available in July 2019. The Sherweb Partner Portal and invoices now report usage from multiple Azure subscriptions when they exist for a same tenant.

Product Director, PlatformAn error occurred while saving the comment Donna Maud commentedThe system is quite slow. Going in and adjusting licenses (adding some and removing others) and saving shows updated, but the Status indicator goes on forever and selecting Manage O365 does not show the licenses available - even after 5 - 10 minute delay. This can really delay maintaining licenses. Should be available immediately

FIM (Federated Identity management) is now implemented, this solution will allow you to configure your Azure AD tenant as a replacement solution for the authentication process of our Partner Portal this will allow you to achieve SSO within a few clicks.
To configure this integration, navigate to the ‘Security’ section then click on the Sub-Section ‘Identity Provider’ then a few configurations step will be required for the activation of this integration.
Should be able to download each organization's current subscriptions as a CSV with sku, description, qty, commitment and date along with Retail and my price (not just invoice but actual current qtys with both prices)
