End Customer facing Portal for User adds/changes
• End user portal where customers can control their licences and their end user accounts. Once they make a change, an email should be generated to the partner to update their contracts or information should sync directly into the PSA tools.
• Invoice customers and receive payments. It is an admin headache to check each month for adds, deducts, prorates, etc. to bill customers correctly. Hard to keep a recurring billing when data updates here.
• Include Paypal/Square payment Gateway or other payment gateway vendor
• If not using any PSA tools support custom bundle management to create product and service not offered by SherWeb bu solely only to our customers.
• If using some PSA tools import the invoice and the PDF version of the invoice into the portal for payment processing.
• Maybe implemented via a Wordpress plugin or a custom website with Ui customization capacity.
Sherweb is exploring the idea of building a end-user portal. This portal would allow your customers to control their licences and their users accounts.
You would like to be part of this project, by sharing what features would make the best end-user portal for your business? That’s great because we want to build something that will be of value for you!
Let me know if you are interested in sharing your comments on the features that you would like to see in an end-user portal for your customers!

Delegate access to just the offers tab, or a subset of the offers tab to an external user. I have larger clients that would like to manage their own licensing, but the reseller functionality is pretty overkill. Just want them to be able to log in, see their offers, and update counts on them - maybe add new offers as well.

Bring everything into Cumulus, such as the VoIP portal and the security assessment tool. We should live 100% inside Cumulus. Also consider changing the name to partner portal, Cumulus is an odd name.

I have clients that would love to be able to provision their own licenses, or at least change the counts of their existing subscriptions. Is this in the works?

So that we are not competing with you have a totally white label for all the stuff you have hnow to attaract resellers and when we the reseller sends the url via our reseller name the purchaser will go directly on our site and order the products and servies instead od see all the suff related to Sherweb which make things too complicated.. Sor instance resellers shluld have several cstom web sites as a template on your end so that they can share with potential and inthe end its all ties back to the resellers cumulus. This simplification will take a lot of process in the sales process. Dontt be afraid to call me if you need further explanation mobile 1+ 613-203-5481

The most important function would be to allow the customer to purchase additional licenses and apply them to users. A message should pop-up advising them this it will result in an additional charge and asking them to accept on the companies behalf before an email is sent to both the customer and us, the reseller.
