Renewal notification for Yearly Subscription
As a customer of Sherweb, I would like to receive a renewal notification in advance and some visual cue in the partner portal application, so I'm able to inform my customers in advance if I need to make some adjustment or mitigate a discussion around a invoice bump for a specific month because of this yearly renewal.

GDAP Clients list (Filter, Sort and Export)
Petite note constructive, il serait pratique d’avoir la possibilité de filtrer (selon le statut GDAP ou de pouvoir faire une recherche) la liste et même de pouvoir l’export en CSV ou PDF.
Je me suis débrouiller avec le Search de mon navigateur et j’ai un select all + print de la page vers un PDF… ca dépanne mais c’est encore mieux avec les améliorations suggérées

Reports section of Cumulus is not showing the correct license name.
There is an issue where the Teams voice licenses in Cumulus are being shown as Skype for business licenses in the reporting section of Cumulus.
Example:
Audio Conferencing = Skype for Business PSTN Conferencing
Microsoft 365 Phone System = Skype for Business Cloud PBX2 votes -

it would be great to add, In the previous Cumulus field, where we could see the Azure forecasted usage before, which is now removed following the transition to the new Azure billing structure, the info for the partners for them to view, forecast & management information around their Azure environments through Azure Portal / Azure Cost Management (ACM), and provide the link to it.

Visual indication of backup issue(s)
To determine if there is a missed backup, agent error or other matter reported for a client, you have to one-by-one open each client backup to look for issues. Time could be saved by simply highlighting an organization's Online Backup icon in Red. That visual clue would make it a lot faster to determine which, if any, client has an issue.

Microsoft license report
It would be nice to be able to run a report in the portal that would provide the following information sorted by client. License-based subscription, QTY, Commitment term, and renewal date.

Add licence provisionning details to the log
Add licence provisioning detail to the Log. Even though this detail is available in the monthly invoice, partners aren’t able to see this detail prior to the invoice date and sometimes they need to track it sooner than that.
