Detailed follow-up support emails
Automated followup emails to see if we have had a chance to review the technician's email - currently have no info about which support request they refer to other than an obscure number in the subject line. Include the email thread content or at least a summary!

Price List Improvements
Price List Changes:
1) Standardized naming conventions – example, we have “M365….” and “Microsoft 365…”, aren’t these the same thing and if so is it possible to pick one and have the pricelist offer name reflect 1 for all?
2) “disc” SKUs that aren’t actually discontinued – example the enterprise SKUs. I understand that the “disc” SKUs are the ones that includes Teams, and only existing M365 clients can order this. So technically its not discontinued…is there a different way to represent these?

Can you please disable the license management setting in the reseller section. this would go a long way to increase our efficiencies, and prevent uncomfortable situations where the client cannot see all of their licenses.

Allow GDAP link establishment prior to checkout process
I should be able to add a client and get a GDAP link without having to fake a purchase to establish the link. Sometimes we need to time a purchase which involves our purchaser, but GDAP linking requires a tech and it's inconvenient to have to set aside two resources for this task when the GDAP could be addressed at any time prior to purchase if the flow operated differently.

pre-schedule subscription
being able to schedule a M365 (or any other product) subscription in advance would be a great addition.
By exemple, our admin will be off on the week of January 22nd, but we have a new employee starting that day, so he can schedule the licence today on Jan. 2nd to start on January 22nd.1 vote -

Nouveau Role
Notre but serais d’enlever les droits aux compte des techniciens de modifier les abonnements. Par contre, nous voudrions qu’ils puissent quand même avoir accès à voir les produits du client.
J’ai vérifié la liste de rôles sur votre site web https://helpdesk.sherweb.com/fr/support/solutions/articles/67000593842-r%C3%B4les-et-niveaux-de-permission-dans-le-portail-des-partenaires mais aucun de conviens à ce que nous aurions besoin.
Serais-ce possible d’avoir un rôle Gestionnaire technique read only avec les fonctions suivantes eulement?

Label Legacy KSKUs so they're easy to identify and update.
It would be great if legacy licenses could be highlighted, or make it more noticeable that it's a legacy SKU that needs to be updated on the Organization page. For Example, NCE licenses are labeled in the license name as NCE, but others are not. Seems like the simplest solution would be to add Legacy to the License Base Subscription display name.

Sub-Customer sync for Quickbooks
Since its possible to synchronize with Quickbooks Online, it would be awesome if Sherweb had the ability to setup sub-customers for franchise based clients. I currently can't use the invoice sync for a specific customer, because I have to bill each location separately. If I could use the same domain name for M365, and create sub-clients in specifically Sherweb and Quickbooks, it would take an hour or two off by billing time.

Cumulus Client organization into groups
I would love to be able to group my customers. The group would be sorted alphabetically and the names inside the group would be alphabetically sorted within the group. We have some clients that are 'supply only' and some that are on bundles and grouping them in Cumulus would make it easy for us to stay organized. It didn't need to do anything else special, just a function in the home page for organizing data
