CW Description dates sync (Avanan)

When Avanan charges are cancelled, the descriptions dates shown in the addition aren't update in ConnectWise by design. Naftuli finds this problematic and would prefer that the dates were updated. An example is reported in DEV ticket #227187 (Issue #2 has a screenshot of what it currently looks like. The Sunday March 29th sync job should ideally have 01/02/2026 - 01/03/2026 DD-MM-YYYY instead of remaining stale).
