So I figured out why Jon wasn’t/hasn’t been authenticating his access. This is the email confirmation(below) that he has been receiving from the Cumulus portal was ignored/deleted. There is no identifying source on this so he was just deleting/ignoring it rather then clicking a link…looks like spam/phishing to be honest. It may make sense, for someone that looks after this part of the system, to fix up the outgoing message to identity Sherweb/Cumulus as the source. No-reply@Cloudmanagerportal.com not helpful in this regard.
