Ajout de piéce jointe dans le support de Cumulus

S’il vous plait, est-ce possible de prévoir de développer la possibilité d’ajouter des images quand on ouvre un billet depuis l’application cumulus. Merci. Fabien

Add the ability to attach screenshots to the initial support request. As it stands now, I have to create the ticket, wait to recieve the notification email letting me know that a case was opened, and then respond to that email with the full detail and the screen shot attachments.

support tickets - should allow posting a screenshot with the ticket!!
