    I would like to give my account managers access to Cumulus in order to see products, costs, MSRP and also see the customers' existing subscriptions. On the other hand, I don't want them to be able to change anything as this is reserved to our ordering department.

    At the moment they have to go through that department every time they want to check pricing, availability of a product or what licenses a customer currently has.

    A read-only role would be very useful to save us time.
