With the newly Added Account Payable APIs and with a few lines of Power Query Script you should now be able to extract invoices data from either Microsoft Excel, Power Automate or Power BI to create an outstanding report.
Those APIs include 36 months of historical data. You will also get access to the upcoming invoice; this one being updated daily to reflect the latest changes (licensing or usages) in your account.
To start using the Power Query Script technology you will need to activate and configure an API key, instructions and configurations available under the ‘Security’ section of the left side panel then under the submenu ‘APIs’ of the Partner Portal Application (‘Cumulus’).
If you’re not familiar with Power Query Script here a piece of script interacting with our APIs: https://gist.github.com/EricLacroix/e6313e893f3f107f22eccfb79cddadb7
If your looking for a turn-key Excel file using the previous Power Query Script , we’ve also attached an example with this email, you will still need to provide the various APIs configuration keys but as soon as you finish the configuration you should be able to slice and dice your data. Here a quick recording to configure the Excel File: https://www.screencast.com/t/UAhpgMhx

Good Morning,

I would like to be able to download our current organisations as an Excel document to be able to play with my own reporting. Thanks
