Provide a snapshot view of each clients backup & status in a daily email notification. Currently we have to log in to Acronis to see this, or we have a choice to attach a report in PDF to email daily of each mailbox backed up. This makes for a lot of attachments and pages of reports to go through. One competitor we use provides excellent reports in a simple email with a one screen view, and they cost 10x less based on 100GB per mailbox.
