  1. Consolidate lines items into a single item

    We are seeing daily line items added to Autotask for usage and would like to see if there is a way to consolidate these line items into a single item.

  2. Trigger email notifications when changes related to organisations or products

    When I add and organisation to Cumulus I would like to receive a notification via email to remind me to map this new organisation to a product. I want to make sure all my organisations are sync with my ConnectWise. Item for a new product

  3. ConnectWise: Sync unit cost including discounts

    Include performance tier rebates and other discounts in the unit cost when synchronizing to ConnectWise.

    For Connectwise and Autotaks, the performance tier is included in the unit cost once synced.
