ConnectWise: Sync unit cost including discounts

Include performance tier rebates and other discounts in the unit cost when synchronizing to ConnectWise.

For Connectwise and Autotaks, the performance tier is included in the unit cost once synced.

    Also for Autotask please. Not much point in syncing costs if they are inaccurate!
