Better security for admin credentials for veeam M365 provisioning
When setting up veeam M365 backup for an office account not hosted with sherweb, it's necessary to create a global admin and reply to an email with the credentials. That's pretty scary.
It would be much better if there were a support ticket in which I put the admin credentials.

Hi Daniel,
There are a few ways credentials can be shared here, and sometimes they aren't even required.
If you have your Office 365 Licenses with Sherweb, we can use our CSP access (with your explicit consent) to automatically create the required Azure Application in your tenant, without you having to share any credentials. This should be clear in the initial provisioning email, where you can just reply "do it for me".
As for password sharing, we really love https://pwpush.com/. It's a nice and secure way to send passwords over without them being clear text.
Otherwise, we're working on a credential-less workflow, but I can't give too many details about this yet. But hey, it will come!
Hopefully, this answers your questions!
Thanks,
Antoine
