Connectwise: Show date as mm/dd/yyyy on prorated items (US Customers)
Currently prorated items show date in the format dd/mm/yyyy which is different than the date format in the US which is mm/dd/yyyy. It would be great to have an opiton to change this so it does not look "weird" for our customers.

The dates on our invoices are all listed in the Canadian format, but we are a US-based company. Can a flag be added to our account so that our invoices are spit out with the correct formatting.
