Partner toolbox needs a revemp
the partner toolboox is not very useful as it is:
- please translate marketing documents to french
- please add relevent up to date information (Dynamics365 Business central)
- please remove outdated content (D365 RapidStart)
- please create a quoting tool for D365 like the one for PBX it will help a lot

Toolbox still not showing in quick links. It would be nice to have more resources here in this portal.
