  1. QuickBooks & SherWeb Integration -- Manual Sync

    There needs to be a manual sync button independent of the auto monthly one for this QB Desktop and in fact and all integrations. This is for testing , to use if a sync if missed/glitched/wrong. This is a standard feature any sync program has, especially when working with QB as many providers do. Without one, the inconvenience when starting a new integration or managing it when something is amiss is not good, having to wait a full month to reconcile. Pls add ASAP for customers to use or at bare minimum to save on programming time, add for DEVs…

  2. QuickBooks & SherWeb Integration -- Allow Custom Cycle Date and Much Earlier Invoice Generation Date

    For the QuickBooks and Sherweb integration, allow a customer to edit the CYCLE variable to be more days in the future (maybe entirely custom or 7, 10, 15 days as a choice) instead of the current implementation that takes the chosen invoice generation date and makes the cycle start one day later.

    Many hosting and other subscription platforms have this concept as default. It allows one to. for example, generate the bill 7 or 10 days early and collect money early or deal with customer cancellations early or billing credit card problems/complaints/whatever EARLY with enough time to react before the…

  3. maintenance technician

    Working as a maintenance technician on a freelance basis comes with a lot of benefits. These include being able to set your hours and time you work during the year. Freelance maintenance technicians can respond to high demand when a carrier initiates a network upgrade project and then take time off during quieter parts of the year.
